Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Breamburg factory, ensuring that production schedules are met and quality standards are maintained
- Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead and manage a team of supervisors and production workers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g. sales, marketing, R&D) to ensure that products meet customer needs and are delivered on time
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), making adjustments as needed to meet targets
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus
- Must be willing to work in Breamburg and able to travel as needed

Happi Air Emporium is a leading provider of air products that promote health and wellbeing. We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying their air product needs, and providing customized solutions that meet their requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify client needs and provide customized air product solutions
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
- Participate in trade shows and other marketing events
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and product delivery
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the air products industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as needed
